Responsibilities● Cook menu items assigned to station
● Pay attention to special requests and dietary restrictions
● Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
● Assists sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
● Disposes spoiled food and other waste material
● Maintains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
● Reports any issues with kitchen equipment to management
Qualifications● Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
● Ability to execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
● Effective communication skills
● Handling multiple tasks efficiently in a high pressure environment
● A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role
