About this role
This is an exciting new role with the opportunity to make a big difference within this architecture practice based in Cambridge. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to step up from a more junior role and really help drive the growth of this business. You will work with colleagues across their 2 studios and will report to Board.Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Leadership Team to review and update existing marketing strategy and placement.
  • Produce a rolling six month marketing and BD plan
  • Liaise with various Focus Groups to ensure they receive the support they need
  • Monitor competitors, keep up to date with industry moves, note-worthy projects, sector developments
  • Guide and encourage all staff to get involved in marketing/business development activities.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and updating of a new website - liaising with the web developer
  • Manage and submit award entries
  • Produce content for bid and other business development communications
  • Source and organise PR events and conference speaking opportunities.
  • Produce and upload social media posts
  • Maintain relevant databases
  • Liaise with press and journalists to promote the practice and projects
  • Produce regular reports and analysis on marketing and BD activities
Skills and Experience
  • Several years experience in a marketing role, ideally within the architecture/design industry
  • CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, punctuation and proof reading skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • InDesign and Photoshop
