Employed by HCA you will work in a partnering capacity with our client's management and HR Teams.This role is a 1-day commitment per week, and your responsibility will vary, you will own your own caseloads, occupational health management, provide medical care and guidance for employees, conduct health assessments, provide guidance and support the HR colleagues relating to sickness and absence management and support wellbeing initiatives and advisory services.Successful candidates will need:
  • GMC Registration, license to practice in the UK
  • Occupational Health Diploma
  • Experience of providing OH services, in-house for a Corporate organisation, or for a provider like us to the Corporate business industry.
  • Excellent IT skills, familiar with telemedicine and electronic data records.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and professional client partnering.
