If you have the necessary skills and experience, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Larnaca based Payment Processing Specialist role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAddress and resolve payment issues related to credit and debit card processing, wire transfers, and digital payments.Communicate effectively with users to explain payment discrepancies, refunds, and chargebacks.Work closely with our finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.Oversee the process of redeeming tokens, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist users in understanding the redemption process, including explaining the value and terms of redeemable tokens.Coordinate with the technical team to troubleshoot any issues related to token redemption.Provide top-tier customer support by responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.Maintain clear and consistent communication with users, enhancing their experience and fostering loyalty to the company platform.Educate users about our platform, including guiding them through our website and services.Ensure all payment and redemption activities comply with local laws and regulatory requirements.Prepare regular reports on payment and redemption activities for internal review.Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to suggest improvements to our payment and redemption processes.Work collaboratively with other departments, including Marketing, Legal, and Product Development, to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies aimed at optimising our payment and redemption systems.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a payment processing or customer service role, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.Strong understanding of payment systems, digital currencies, (and a passion for understanding blockchain technology).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; additional languages are a plus.Proficient in using CRM software and payment processing platforms.Ability to handle multiple tasks and high-volume transactions with attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Due to the high volume of applications, we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.To apply for this position, please email your CV to Ross Pitman, quoting the above job reference or call +357 25 342 720 for further information.
