Key Responsibilities:
- Govern the Supply Chain Metrics (KPI's, reporting and Dashboard) and the Supply Chain project pipeline PMO within the supply chain in close alignment with the Global Head of Supply Chain and the Global Head of SC Excellence.
- Set-up, maintain and monitor the supply chain metrics to create full visibility on daily operational/financial performance and provide data analytics for tactical and strategic decision making, as well for ideation of transformation and cost initiatives.
- Set-up, maintain and monitor a PMO governance structure and process with tooling, meetings and clear reporting structure to internal and external stakeholders.
- As PMO create cohesive projects with goals, objectives, plans, identifiable critical path, task dependencies, major milestones, deliverables and KPI's.
- Assist and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to BMSC, SLT and other functions in the organization.
- Conduct, report, address actions and follow-up Risk Assessment of Global Supply Chain.
- Manage project approval pipeline, approved project plans and schedules with the stakeholders to ensure successful completion within scope, time, cost and quality parameters.
- Own and maintain the Cost-To-Serve within the supply chain, identify opportunities,
- continuous report to and challenge cost owners to actively control, steer and reduce costs.
- Coordinate, assess and prioritize reporting initiatives and liaise with IT.
- Be the SPOC for the governance of the T2W Wave tool within SCM.
- Be the SPOC for the governance of the SIGNAVIO data mining activities withing SCM.
- Identify and support with the stakeholder's initiatives to set-up data mapping and data mining initiatives to audit processes, identify issues, support standardization and optimization.
- Support project managers by providing guidance, training, tools, methodology and best practices.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Information Systems.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in an international company in a B2B organization.
- Ability to analyze large and multi-dimensional data sets using SQL, Excel, and other analysis tools.
- Have a fundamental understanding of transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts and familiarity with data warehousing and architecture concepts/tools.
- Working knowledge of Data Mapping and Data Mining experience and the ability to follow process and standard procedures.
- PMO process and organizational skills. Must be able to manage, provide leadership and prioritize assignments, manage workload, as well as manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Process analytic, problem solving and conceptional design skills.
- Experience in business process redesign, change and project management.
- Interacted in a multicultural and matrix context where your strong communication skills (influence and convince) are used to motivate, empower and challenge project performances with a variety of stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), additional linguistic capability is a plus.
- Willing to travel.
