Senior Consultant ESG Assurance

• You work with colleagues from different departments and countries on assignments for multiple international clients.
• You work together with clients, colleagues and specialists in ESG topics such as CO2 emissions, human rights and biodiversity.
• You support our clients by assuring that their sustainability information is accurate.
• You perform interviews with companies to understand their processes and to investigate whether measures are needed to ensure that the information in the report is correct. With the same goal, you go on (site) visits to your clients (possibly in different countries).
• You act as the linking pin between KPMG and the client whilst maintaining business contact with different stakeholders.
• You work in teams in which automated web, data and text analysis tools are used to verify the report is an accurate and complete representation of reality.

• An academic (WO) Master's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the field of assurance and/or ESG.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbally).
• Fluency in Dutch is a plus, but not necessary.
• An understanding of project management and consultancy skills.
• The ability to coach more junior colleagues.
• Commercial and conceptual thinking.
• Project- and time management skills.
• Affinity with data analysis and you are skilled with Excel.
• Ability to work independently and you enjoy the challenge of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure.
