The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, CRM systems, and digital marketing. This role is also an, in person / office position.Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management:- Develop and execute social media strategies for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook.- Create and curate content for social media competitions to enhance audience engagement.- Schedule and publish posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging.2. CRM System Management:- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and enhance customer experience.- Extract insights and data from the CRM system to drive informed decision-making.3. Email Marketing:- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.- Develop targeted and personalized content for email campaigns to drive engagement.4. Meta Business Suite:- Utilize Meta Business Suite for effective social media content scheduling and analytics.5. Google Business Page:- Manage and optimize the Google Business Page for increased visibility and positive reviews.6. Website Management:- Oversee back-end website management, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.- Basic knowledge of HTML to assist in web-related tasks (HTML proficiency is beneficial).7.
