About the RoleLocationPortugalLisboaAmadoraCompanySiemens Energy Unipessoal Lda.OrganizationGas ServicesBusiness UnitService Europe & AfricaFull / Part timeFull-timeExperience LevelExperienced ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your DayDescribe in a short, transparent paragraph what a day in the life of this role might look like:The Field Service Administration & Technical Support person will provide general administration and basic technical support to the Field Service team in UK & IrelandHow You'll Make an Impact = main activities of the roleIn this role you will support the day-to-day management of the field service operations calendar, arrange field service training, manage training records, manage field service SharePoint and the ordering of IT hardware, administer field service site assessments and be an ambassador for continuous improvement within the field service team.You will also promote the Siemens Energy values by being Caring, Agile, Respectful and Accountable and the SE behaviours.What You Bring - requirements● Relevant academic degree, a professional qualification in administration.● At least five years of experience working in an administration field.● Familiarity in a technical environment would be advantageous.● Excellent knowledsge and extensive use of the MS Office suite or applications.● Good knowledge of IT applications such as SAP would be desirable.● Good knowledge of physical security technology, i.e. access control systems and CCTV● Strong internal customer orientation● Willingness to travel infrequently to the UK (
10%)● Excellent communication skills, preferably in a culturally diverse environment● Excellent command of English.
