We have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join us as we continue to expand throughout the UK.We are looking for someone who can:
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Referral Bookings team.
  • Ensure tasks are being monitored and processed efficiently.
  • Ensure our services are set up appropriately on SystemOne/ERS to ensure referrals can be received.
  • Review referral data and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Work alongside the quality team investigate incidents and complaints relating to Referral and Bookings
  • Improve service quality by evaluating systems and devising new processes as appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare or public sector setting
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
  • Approachable and friendly manner
