- Ensure the smooth running of the Referral Bookings team.
- Ensure tasks are being monitored and processed efficiently.
- Ensure our services are set up appropriately on SystemOne/ERS to ensure referrals can be received.
- Review referral data and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Work alongside the quality team investigate incidents and complaints relating to Referral and Bookings
- Improve service quality by evaluating systems and devising new processes as appropriate.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare or public sector setting
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
- Approachable and friendly manner
