You will be working in the IT area Cards, for Tribe Payments NL. We develop and maintain all the IT systems for our Debit and Credit Cards: card issuing and LCM. Our systems also handle the transaction flow for 60% of the total Dutch card initiated payment traffic. We support international payment methods e.g. credit, debit and mobile phones (ApplePay and Android).Cards is working in a (Business) DevOps manner, where Scrum/Agile method and Continuous Delivery practices are very important.Work environmentYou will be supporting all DevOps teams (squads) within Cards with their IT-Risk controls. Helping them with specific (new) risk processes in meetings, but also in tooling.You will cooperate with the DevOps engineers, with other local IT-Risk spocs and with other (central) Risk officers. You will report to IT area lead on the level of compliancy.We want you to be a be able to work independently, take initiatives, be a sparring partner for the teams and for other Risk/Security Officers.Tooling / Processes

- Detailed Risk Assessment (DRA),
- Operational Security Baseline (OSB).
- You have at least seven years of experience in IT.
- You have at least three years of experience with IT Risk and IT Security.
- Preferably experience or education in IT audit.
- Preferably strong knowledge about the seven Key Control Areas of IT Risk.
- You are hands-on, give pro-active advise, deliver solutions and answers, explain weaknesses and find solutions to overcome them
- Ability to liaise and coordinate, knowledge sharing with on-site DevOps teams.
- Able to work independent, taking initiatives: self-starter
- Being able to overcome resistance, being able to convince.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Preferably fluent in Dutch.
