About this roleAs the Receptionist, you play an extremely important role in the representation of Success Base. You become the FACE of Success Base when it comes to a client or a candidate’s first interaction with Success Base. The energy, motivation, attitude and knowledge of you are considered as a whole of Success Base.Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone enquiries and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Assist in room booking and facility arrangement
  • Manage office inventory and purchase office supplies, stationery and equipment
  • Assist in the application and renewal of entry permits for workers
  • Manage employees' leaves records, attendance records, reimbursement applications and other related documents
  • Provide general administration support and assist in organizing company activities
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments when required
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year of receptionist, administrative or customer service experience
  • Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English
  • Excellent and professional telephone manner
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
