Qualifications & experience

Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in inventory management, pricing strategies, parts operation.
Good in data analytics, benchmarking, report writing, Microsoft Excel.

Tasks & responsibilities

Inventory management - Analyse parts demand pattern to ensure efficient service level, fill rate efficiency, reordering strategy, stock aging and month of supply.
Parts pricing strategy - Annual pricing revision with consideration against cost, market demand and competition.
Parts cost factor management - monitoring of exchange rate and implement changes to cost factor.
Dealer and supplier management - Prompt and precise ordering and supply to ensure customer satisfaction.
3PL warehouse and logistics management - Monitoring and ensuring warehousing and parts delivery excellence.
Customer support - To assist and guide dealers in spare parts related tasks e.g., identify part number, price, availability and providing alternative solution if necessary.
Monthly sales performance reporting.
Half yearly stock integrity and validation - target at less than 1% of inventory value.
Reman parts processing - Core return to principals.
