Production:
- Cuts, trims, trays, scrapes meat for display, according to company standards, and while partnered with a Meat Cutter I
- Fill products; chickens, chubs, seasoned meats as needed
- Operates grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, slicer
- Weighs / wraps / labels product packages for sale
- Rotates product in meat cooler, sales floor; ensures proper storage practices
- Consistently communicates to ensure the highest quality and freshness standards are met
- Practices safety awareness; safely performs meat cutting duties at all times
- Assists in technical areas as neededCustomer Service:
- Provides great customer service by cutting meat products and labeling appropriately
- Answers customers questions regarding products and assists them with selectionsFood Safety / Sanitation:
- Cleans and sanitizes display cases; properly operates / maintains equipment
- Complies with department / store operating procedures and federal / state regulationsWhat is your background?
