Resourcing Group is working with a large national FM contractor, with a great public sector contract based in Bristol.They specialise in managing TFM contracts, carrying out repairs and maintenance in commercial settings, mostly and are in need of additional staff to join their building services team as soon as possible. This role is 99% of the tools, overseeing a small team of directly employed engineers. As part of the hard services contract, the building services need to remain running efficiently to ensure that there is no down turn in the performance of the buildings whilst being used by the public and staff alike.The role will include managing a team of people who are responsible for carrying out a mixture of reactive repairs as well as scheduled planned and preventative maintenance alike.You will be the 'go to' person, building and maintaining the client relationship.
