Whether its ensuring they have all the right gear for their next hike or suggesting an awesome rock-climbing sport, community is important.

You will support the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales as well as review store performance and KPIs.
Support the hiring, training and management of a team of sales associates.
Keep up to date with the newest products and equipment on the market.
Be supported by an incredible Cluster Manager to continue your personal development as a retail leader.

The Check List:

Have a passion for all things adventure and travel, and hopefully a few fun adventure stores to share with your team and customers!
Experience in retail management, managing a team and driving sales and store growth.
Confidence in providing a consultative sales experience for every customer who walks in and love building relationships.
Enjoy keeping up to date with new products and brands within the retail adventure & equipment space to make recommendations to senior management.
