- Create, maintain and evolve data quality reports for the business ensuring accuracy and timely distribution where required.
- Identify key data points and their respective uses across the Savings, customer and regulatory landscape maintaining a keen eye for detail and discrepancies.
- Work with Savings Management and key stakeholders to identify key data points across the customer deposit landscape on an ongoing basis.
- Implement tactical and strategic solutions that improve overall Data Quality and accuracy.
- Ensure internal reporting requirements are gathered from relevant stakeholders and teams and clear data points agreed to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop automated Reporting tools and techniques to reduce effort and overhead on regular day to day reporting and encourage self-service of teams where possible.
- Ensure accuracy by obtaining check and challenge on output and develop tools to help reconcile data as appropriate.
- Act as liaison with relevant regulatory or industry bodies when required, ensuring professionalism and transparency at all times.
- Design, prepare and facilitate relevant workshops with key stakeholders and lead complex data initiatives ensuring processes are appropriately scoped, documented and maintained.
- Manage and support day-to-day data elements within projects and initiatives ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are clearly articulated and mitigated as required.
- Identify, manage and track a portfolio of improvement opportunities across the internal and external reporting landscape including changes that will support more effective and accurate data reporting.
- Raise awareness and gain buy in for heightened data quality within the business and with key stakeholders, documenting and presenting findings to stakeholders for endorsement.
- Work with the Savings Senior Leadership team, Compliance, Business Governance and Bank support areas to ensure Regulatory, Risk and Compliance impacts are considered as part of any change initiative.
- Proven experience working within Financial Services Operations.
- Proven experience working across continuous improvement, transformation and improvement programmes within Financial Services Operations.
- Proven experience in gathering, collating and analysing data from multiple sources.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS office tools skillset, particularly Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Project Management and Business Change Management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to facilitate and lead workshops and working groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all levels (including presentation preparation and delivery skills).
- Subject matter expertise in Savings products and market insight.
- Electronic capture of process maps in cloud based BPM suites and good understanding of BPM best practices.
- Experience in the application of robotics automation.
- Experience in Tableau or Alteryx Experience in SQL query writing.
