As the Instructional Leader in Math & Science, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Math and Science curriculum for grades K-8. You will work closely with teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction and the achievement of academic excellence in Math and Science.Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the Math and Science curriculum, aligned with the American standards.
Provide guidance and support to Math and Science teachers in curriculum planning, instruction, and assessment.
Collaborate with the school leadership team to set academic goals and monitor progress in Math and Science.
Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to teachers to improve instructional practices.
Organize professional development opportunities for Math and Science teachers to enhance their teaching skills.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Math and Science education.
Analyze student data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.
Work closely with parents to support student learning and achievement in Math and Science.
Assist in the selection of instructional materials and resources for Math and Science.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Science, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification or license.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Math or Science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience with the American curriculum is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Female candidates are preferred for this position due to cultural considerations.
