- Developing close professional relationships with clients and advisors to ensure long term, profitable relationships, being attentive to client needs and concerns and maintaining client confidentiality
- Cultivating professional relationships with professional advisers and service providers to enable the possibility of further referrals of business
- Managing the onboarding process of new clients liaising with business development, compliance, legal and client services to ensure smooth and successful client intake
- Facilitating delivery of a quality service for all clients assigned and responding promptly and proactively to client queries, keeping other members of the client handling team advised of progress
- Understanding of the product and services as well as the internal systems and processes
- Ensuring an efficient turnaround time for all enquiries
- Attending meetings with clients
- Degree in Economics/Law/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- At least 7 years relevant work experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines and able to recognise and respond to risk situations
- Able to solve problems, work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable in dealing with clients
- Good presentation and client oriented. Good networking contacts and abilities
- Self-starter with excellent planning & organizational skills
