Previous experience in similar environment, working with fresh food menus at a high standard, in smaller venues and leading the kitchen alongside and in the absence of the Head Chef.Your mission:
- General management of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Producing consistent high-quality dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
- Always ensuring Food safety and health and safety legislation are adhered to.
- Supervising, managing and training of the brigade always encouraging growth and development.
