- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Actively seeks and drives automation opportunities to delivery high quality initiatives faster and more efficiently to our customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data analytics methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a support and lead on product operating model transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Deep knowledge of Human resources and organizational designs functions and challenges.
- Extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives and change management.
- High proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related systems. Knowledge of SAP or Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
- Excellent working knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence and Lucid Board or equivalent.
