3rd Shift CNC Machine Operator $20.64 per hour!Gainesville, GaAxiom Staffing in partnership with ZF Wind Power in Gainesville is seeking a few experienced CNC Machine Operators for 3rd shift. Will not be required to set up machines, will need to complete change-overs as needed.Compensation and Benefits for the 3rd Shift CNC Machine Operator$20.64 per hour3rd shift - 10:30pm-7:00am + overtime and weekends (must train on 1st shift)Excellent benefit package once fulltime with ZFDuties and Responsibilities of the 3rd Shift CNC Machine OperatorProduces parts according to standard work procedures at respective workstations in accordance with bill of material, control plans, or work instructions.Lifting 50+ pounds consistentlyOperate CNC machine centers and/or material handling equipment (overhead cranes, lift assists, etc) safely and effectively.Understand X, Y, and Z axis centerline pick up (as applicable).Set up and adjust tools and/or make tool offsets as needed to ensure accurate machining.Interpret SPC data and make adjustments as needed.Perform preventive maintenance and maintain PM records per required frequency.Communicate issues between shifts.Produce product safely, maintaining the quality standards within the standard cycle time.Complete required paperwork (TPM sheets, P.I.S. cards, log books, production records, etc.)Assist the team in training new operators.Maintain housekeeping practices in accordance to 5S standards.Participate in continuous improvement efforts (ZFPS) and provide feedback.Understands and complies with ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.Working knowledge of CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, etc.Working knowledge of creating and maintaining SPC, understanding metric system and Lean manufacturing concepts.Working knowledge of SAP.
