Do you manage front desk staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service? Do you also manage the hotel's reservations system, ensuring that all reservations are accurate and up-to-date?Then maybe this is the role you have been looking for.Qualifications:

Qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position & a 5-star environment.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in hotel reservations and billing systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
