The Role You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions with respect to the Support processes Building, deploying, and administering/managing the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and network services like NLB, Riverbed, Meraki, F5, Cisco ISE/NAC, Velocloud SD-WAN, SolarWinds) and security solutions (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Skybox) Troubleshooting, incidents, and problem management, Reporting and communication on activity, quality, and performance of the network platforms and security solutions Ensuring appropriate documentation, including procedures for support.
