Position Overview The Director of Email Marketing will play a pivotal role in spearheading our email communication strategies and driving our CRM initiatives. Leading a team responsible for email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels, you will orchestrate comprehensive plans to engage our subscriber base, which currently stands at approximately 100K, and nurture customer relationships. Your focus will be on devising and executing strategies to boost revenue, enhance brand awareness, and elevate product-specific messaging. What does the role entail Email Marketing and CRM Strategy: Develop and implement holistic strategies for email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels, placing significant emphasis on product-specific communication. Drive revenue growth and sales by orchestrating targeted campaigns and tailored nurture journeys, aligning with distinct product categories. KPI Oversight: Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and sales, with a particular focus on category and product-specific objectives. Refine and optimize nurture journeys to effectively cater to the needs and preferences of various product categories. Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of campaigns geared towards enhancing category and product awareness among our audience. Address specific business objectives and capitalize on opportunities to promote offers tailored to different product categories. Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced tools such as HubSpot and analytics platforms to streamline channel management, conduct in-depth analysis, and optimize communication strategies based on product-centric metrics. Stay abreast of industry advancements and recommend innovative tools or enhancements to existing platforms for more effective product-related communication. Personalization and Tailoring: Implement sophisticated personalization strategies to deliver tailored content that resonates with individual preferences, behaviors, and product interests. Customize communication across channels to ensure that messages are finely tuned to the lead source and specific product categories. Privacy and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with privacy regulations across all communication practices, including the crafting of category and product-specific messaging. Maintain a deep understanding of data protection laws and uphold best practices to safeguard user privacy within the realm of product-centric communication. What would excite us 6+ years of experience in managing communication channels, with a focus on email, SMS, and WhatsApp, specifically in product-oriented campaigns. Demonstrated success in driving revenue and sales through strategic campaigns and nurture journeys, with a category-specific approach. Proficiency in utilizing HubSpot and analytics tools for effective channel management, with an emphasis on product-centric metrics. Experience in a similar role with a subscriber base of around 100k to 1Mn, particularly in a B2C product-oriented environment. Expertise in personalization and customization strategies for communication channels, with a focus on product interests. Familiarity with emerging tools and trends in email and CRM management, especially those tailored for product-specific communication. Strong understanding and practical application of GDPR regulations in communication strategies.
