- Be high-touch through regular meetings, field visits, etc.
- Be well organized and send meetings debriefs, action points, etc.
- Have a very good understanding of the client business and its use of our solutions
- Ensure top execution of the projects, and make sure all the teams are well-coordinated and ready to deliver before time
- Be ready to get your hands dirty to make things move forward
- Help scope the client’s needs, organize brainstorming sessions and be a force of propositions
- You will prepare and hold steering committees with the client’s top management to update them on the project's progress, new features, new ideas, etc.
- Being at the forefront of client interactions you will have first-hand knowledge of their additional needs and how to improve our sales offer and product development to support them better
- You will be in charge of drafting commercial proposals with the sales teams to answer new client requests
- You will work with the design/product team to develop the new features needed
- Master's degree in Business and/or Engineering
- Strong Project management skills
- Strong taste for Data (SQL, Python, DataViz)
- You are very autonomous and proactive
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-motivated, energetic
- Proficient in English
- Based in Lagos
