Plant GM

• Being responsible for the overall development of the plant operations and overseas Production, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and accounting.
• Promoting a culture of discipline in cost control and productivity, ensuring maximum focus across all manufacturing activities based on established key performance indicators.
• Partnering with Human Resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management.
• Driving a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management.
• Being a champion in long-term, systematic continuous improvement of process capabilities and costs, while supporting zero defects, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or any Engineering-related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in production/manufacturing of plastic/ packaging manufacturing.
• Experience managing HR, Production, Supply Chain, P&L.
• Understanding of 5S /JIT / Kaizen / Lean / TPM and other quality analysis tools.
• Good communication skills, leadership, and willingness to work hard.
• Able to communicate in both verbal and written English to an acceptable standard.
• Strong leadership drive and ability to guide teams to high performance.
• Excellent process-oriented approach.
• Self-starter prepared to make decisions and complete tasks.
• A person should have worked in multi-cultural, different countries would be added advantage.
• Ability to cope with dynamic business needs and exposure to working in a matrix organization environment.
• Excellent coaching skills are desired.
