Position: Enterprise Sales Manager - Adas Experience: 8-14 years Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Industry: Shipping/ Logistics Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Client Company, focusing on ADAS solutions for the shipping industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, supply chain management, and logistics, with a proven track record of success in aftermarket sales and consulting. This role will involve understanding the unique challenges faced by shipping companies and offering tailored ADAS solutions to address their needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the shipping industry segment. Identify and engage with key decision-makers at shipping companies to understand their specific challenges and requirements. Collaborate with the product development team to tailor ADAS solutions to meet the needs of shipping industry clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Provide expertise and guidance on supply chain management logistics, leveraging previous consulting experience to offer valuable insights. Drive aftermarket sales initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech preferred). Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in theShippingor transportation industry, with a focus on aftermarket sales. Strong understanding of supply chain management logistics, with previous experience in consulting roles preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
