- Organize the accounting of economic and financial activities of the Company;
- Form the accounting policies in accordance with the accounting legislation basing on the structure and features of the Company activities and the need to ensure its financial stability;
- Ensure drawing of the balance and operational summary reports on income/expenses of means, other statistical reports, their representation to the appropriate authorities in accordance with the established procedure;
- Provide methodical assistance to employees of Company divisions with regard to accounting, control, reporting and economic analysis;
- Manage the employees of the accounting department of the Company;
- Set official duties for the subordinates and take measures to ensure their execution;
- Fulfill Item 5 of this job description ‘Performance indicators’.
- University degree (in Economics/Finance). Professional Accountant Certificate is preferable.
- Successful passing of Company interview.
- Work experience: at least 5 years in financial and accounting management, including on managerial positions
- English (Upper-Intermediate)
- Resolutions, directions, orders, other directing, methodical and standard materials of financial and control and auditing bodies concerning accounting and reporting, as well as the financial and economic activity of the enterprise;
- Civil law, financial and tax laws;
- The enterprise structure, its development strategy and prospects;
- Regulations and instructions on organization of accounting in the enterprise, rules of maintaining it;
- Order of registering operations and organizing documents flow by accounting sites;
- Forms and order of financial calculations;
- Order of acceptance, receipt, storage and expenditure of inventory items, money and other values;
- Methods of economic analysis of economic and financial activities of the enterprise, identification of internal economic reserves;
- Rules of setting up with debtors and creditors;
- Terms of taxation for legal entities and individuals;
- Rules of writing-off shortages, receivables and other losses from accounts;
- Rules of carrying out reconciliation of money and inventory items;
- Order and terms of drawing up balance sheet and reports;
- Rules of carrying out of checks and documentary audits;
- Personnel management skills.
