We are fastly becoming one of the leading brands within the industry, and are on the hunt for a Marketing / Admin assistant to work directly with our Head of Marketing & Operations.BenefitsPrivate Health Care28 Days holiday includingCompany away daysThe Marketing Assistant roleYour main duties will include:Content creation using CanvaEmail campaign creation in KlaviyoCopywriting for social media, emails and blogsManaging and updating the website (Shopify experience a bonus)Working on NPDWriting creative briefs and managing the design processOverseeing a new BA incentiveSupporting the Head of Marketing & Operations with daily tasksLiaising with the wider teamSkills required of the Marketing Assistant roleThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years marketing experience with Social Media and content creation skills a must. They will be super organised as the role isn't just marketing, there will be elements of operations too. The ideal candidate will need to be forward thinking, proactive and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to plan and manage social media campaignsCreative skills in CanvaUnderstanding of Facebook Business Manager, scheduling and creating Ads - Copywriting for social media and email campaignsProficient in G.SuiteExcellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detailThe ability to take instruction and work unsupervisedAbility to follow company procedures, and can actively look for improvement opportunitiesBonus if you have an interest in the industryHours of work are Monday - Friday, 9 - 5pm. There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours to support promotions, new product launches and events.
