- Perform receptionist functions and deliver excellent guest services at all times.
- Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times. Check and make sure the meeting room tidy and clean after the meeting.
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner in person, on the telephone or via e-mail; receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Provide a general office administrative management to the business; maintain offices in a nice environment and well control office supplies.
- Be responsible for office supply purchase, provider management, booking management, expense reimbursement and recording.
- Plan and organize delegation visits occasionally.
- Organise and support company events and client events when required.
- Manage arrangement for necessary office repairs; provide assistance to office administration.
- Translation in English and Chinese is required.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by line managers and supervisors.
- Written and spoken Mandarin to native level, plus fluent English.
- Be sociable, assertive with good communication skills.
- Have excellent organizational and good time management skills with the ability to plan ahead.

- Previous working experience in admin/secretary/reception role.
