- Salary Range: £42k-£48k (dependant on experience & qualifications)
- Locations: Static sites across North, South, East, West, and Central London (Zones 1-6)
- Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend (non-compulsory)
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of all mechanical plant equipment and systems, including: FCUs, AHUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Humidifiers, Calorifiers, Heat exchangers, Pumps, and motors.
- Collaborate with the wider team to carry out mechanical and light electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all mechanical maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanical engineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship
- F-Gas (desirable, though not essential)
- Proven experience as a mechanical maintenance engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
- Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company - somebody to take advantage of the great hands-on training programmes on offer
