Job Description:

Incident management and issue resolution leveraging ServiceNow and ensure necessary follow up
Monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution regarding the HRIS integrations between Success Factors and Dayforce, integration between Success Factors and ServiceNow, and integration with Active Directory and MY O-I
Co-ordinating/leading regular touch base meetings with HRIS Client Management and ensures timely resolution of critical issues
Partners with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS related issues/enhancements/queries
Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements
Compiles or assists with data reports, summaries and logs for senior HRIS executives
Serves as a lead representative for the liaison between HR, information systems and other stakeholders
Active participation in resolving of employees' access and permissions issues
Train and oversee junior consultants in the team
Provides necessary support to SAP Payroll related issues
Performs other duties as directed
