The candidate will join the team to drive the health and quality of high-performance serial link products from development through high-volume manufacturing phases while interfacing closely with nearly every functional group including design, test, applications, business management, quality, failure analysis, reliability, foundry, packaging, and manufacturing.Responsibilities and Duties

Cost and manufacturing flow optimizations for high volume readiness
Product yield analyses and improvement projects
Production / manufacturing health issue segmentation and rectification
ATE and bench segmentation of internal product issues

Minimum Qualifications*BS ECE/EE/CpE, Materials Science, or Applied Physics

New college graduates are encouraged to apply
General knowledge of analog and/or digital circuits with exposure to basic device physics
Excellent problem-solving skills
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
