- Educational Support: Assist in the educational and social development of students under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Curriculum Access: Support students in accessing the curriculum effectively.
- Individual and Group Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to children with SEN.
- Classroom Management: Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Planning and Evaluation: Participate in the planning and evaluation of learning activities with the teacher.
- Communication: Liaise with parents, teachers, and external professionals about student progress.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
