Our clientele includes Danone, FM Logistic, Fnac-Darty, Essilor, and Ferrero.Job DescriptionOur Technology Center in Cluj-Napoca is growing rapidly. We are looking for a BI Developer to join our Data Intelligence Team. Your mission is to participate in the data product teamwork, use and interpret data to derive useful business observations and insights and meet the business needs of different Generix customers and products.Key tasks

Extract the data necessary for the analysis (API, database, data lake, etc)
Define management rules for cleaning the data used (formatting, deletion of duplicates, etc)
Control data quality throughout its processing
Data analysis and mining
Highlight correlations, define outliers
Create dashboards or industrialized reporting tools
Perform statistical tests on the data
Determine or construct important variables to introduce into statistical models.
Participate in workshops to express and gather internal and external business needs
Understand business issues precisely and translate them to KPI’s and analytics needs
Communicate results and solutions with business teams
Present the results of analyzes using data visualization tools

Qualifications

Expertise in database and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
Mastery of statistical tests and methods (segmentation, regression, random forest, etc)
Mastery of programming languages (Python, R)
Mastery of cloud computing patform (Azure)
Mastery of a data visualization tool ( PowerBI , QuickSight, Tableau, QlikSense)
Mastery of operating systems (Unix, Windows, etc)
Data Story Telling
3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and BI
Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree.
