Job Summary Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and help to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with the customer queries and fielding calls. Also providing administrative support to ensure operation of the office. Job Responsibilities Tasks related to Sales Operations: 1. Receiving and processing purchase orders. 2. Issuing sales transaction invoices. 3. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. 4. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. 5. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. 6. Compiling data and generate monthly sales reports. 7. Expediting orders through internal liaison. 8. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. 9. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested. 10. Assists to issue car insurance to customers Tasks related to Administrations: 1. Custodian of petty cash. 2. Monitor and control the daily attendances system, punctuality report, staff confirmation, organization chart, staff claim & other duties required by HR. 3. Assists in recruitment process for new hiring. 4. Assists to handling office admin matter (point of contact internally & externally, requisition of beverages, stationeries, toiletries, monitoring & tracking of company cars and company trade plates, office equipment, payment of utilities bills, courier bills etc.) 5. Issuance of CAPEX, LPO and Fixed Asset Disposal Form. 6. Ad-hoc duties requested by Branch Manager such as servicing of cars, expenses claims, GEH submission (to follow ABAC Policy) & drafting of letters Qualifications 1. Minimum requirement Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or similar fields. 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, written and verbal 3. Competent compute skills using Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel.
