- Implement business plans to lead team to achieve preset sales targets and objective.
- Generate new business for the company.
- Identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services.
- Provide high quality customer service and professional advise in the best interests of customers.
- Ensure sales are in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct the sales activities within the compliance and regulatory boundaries

- With IIQE Paper 4 and 5 would be an advantage.
- With banking, insurance or sales experience in retail banking, insurance or brokerage would be an advantage.

- 持有IIQE卷 4和5 將更有優勢。
