  • Oversee day-to-day floor operations to guarantee smooth service
  • Train and lead front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and customer inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain uniform standards.

  • Experience at a supervisory level within a similar hospitality setting
  • To communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values
  • An ability to listen and successfully relay your own ideas and opinions

  • To embody the highest standards of hospitality and service delivery
  • Superior levels of product knowledge
