- Oversee day-to-day floor operations to guarantee smooth service
- Train and lead front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain uniform standards.
- Experience at a supervisory level within a similar hospitality setting
- To communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values
- An ability to listen and successfully relay your own ideas and opinions
- To lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism
- The desire to strive for excellence and inspire others
- To embody the highest standards of hospitality and service delivery
- Superior levels of product knowledge
- A basic level of financial awareness, cost control and payroll management
- A proficient level of knowledge in Health & Food Safety
- Tips typically over £200 per month (£2,400 per year)
