- Work schedule: Day shift 12h/ Night shift 12h/ 2 days off
- Implementation of the second and third lines of support (receiving information from the first line and further working with information in order to solve the problem)
- Coordination and resolution of incidents (using the administrative panel and access to the LC of third-party services that provide services for our customers)
- Participation in testing (debugging bugs, testing new functionality in order to understand its work)
- Replenishment of the knowledge base on typical incidents (FAQ)
- Participation in the development and finalization of technical instructions for the first second and third in the conditions of constant changes according to the needs of the business
- Consulting users on issues beyond user instructions or authority
- Work in the administrative panel developed by the company (easy to use, we provide the training)
- Knowledge of Russian language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)
- Knowledge of English language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of network technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in support/working with people/resolving problems will be a plus
- Perfect understanding of the Russian language, good conversational skills
- An understanding of English at the documentation level, a desire to improve English
- Experience in cross-functional tasks, projects
