The Logistics Manager will ensure continuity and excellence in execution of logistics operations, including:distribution to customers3PL Storage &Handlingstock transfer order from plant and external 3PL warehouseYour experience in logistics operation will help the team to work out the cost-effective solutions as well as ensuring great customer experience.The role manages a team of 5 people and reports to the France Supply-chain Manager as part of European Planning and Logistics team.The selected individual must drive action to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Saving target.Responsible for Ecolab Leadership Model approach to envision, empower, engage, energize, embody our mission and values to be a global sustainability leader offering, water, hygiene and infection preventions solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.What you will do:Ensure compliance to all safety and regulatory requirements.Liaising and negotiating with external 3PL and transportation contacts to ensure efficient operations.Resolving any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.Work closely with internal stakeholders as the local SC team, the local manufacturing plant, regional Planning & Logistics teams, to execute daily operations.Communicate effectively and foster clear and positive cooperation with team and internal contacts to address service and cost goals.
