- You will help us in developing and achieving the business growth plan for our No. 1 client through building and strengthening client relationships through the delivery of accurate data that can be turned into commercial insight. You will do this while leading, coaching and supporting team members:
- Deliver impactful end to end quantitative research from set-up, design and execution of projects to delivery of accurate data onto a client reporting portal
- Take a leading role in the account team driving revenue & profit from existing and new client stakeholders
- Develop ad hoc revenue opportunities outside of the core longitudinal/tracking work.
- Lead the team to confidently deliver accurate data via an online reporting platform, supporting the client to self serve their data and insight needs
- Lead the development of client partnerships through added-value
- Lead the design of innovative, winning proposals & pitches in response to briefs
- Oversee development of project team members by providing guidance, support and coaching
- Effectively manage resources/workloads across your project teams and supporting the operational team in driving efficiencies through working practices.
- Experienced Associate Director who thrives on being on a fast-paced large client account, with a proven, strong track record working in a research agency in a quantitative role.
- You'll have a desire to contribute to important work and be part of a client account that spans different specialisations.
- You'll need to demonstrate a strong commercial drive and understanding of the factors which contribute to business success (revenue & profitability). Working closely with the Directors in the team, you'll contribute to the development of and be responsible for delivering elements of the business plan
- Experience in building great relationships with clients beyond the transactional, demonstrating a genuine interest in them and their business issues
- Good knowledge and experience of working with longitudinal data and, ideally, experience across a range of studies covering different business needs
- A strong knowledge of data processing, a passion for delivering accurate data and ideally a knowledge of working with online reporting platforms.
