- Oversee the reconciliation of Ecommerce sales for approximately 6 websites.
- Manage day to day Ecom Sales Audit and exception monitoring ensuring successful financial postings.
- Manage Customer Service support tickets ensuring timely responses and KPIs.
- Lead month end close for all Tapestry North America Ecommerce locations. Review and approve all journal entries ensuring accuracy and all Tapestry deadlines are met.
- Oversee / approve account reconciliations and call out risks / opportunities. Present quarter end results to Retail Accounting management.
- Support IT / Digital road map including new initiatives and enhancements. Ensure control requirements are captured, are in compliance with GAAP policies / procedures and are tested end to end.
- Monitor activities of various functional areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, GAAP, SOX, and industry “best practices”.
- Develop and implement process improvements by analyzing current accounting procedures and recommending changes.
- Manage and review all internal and external auditor's request.
- Learn process flow of all transactions in order to be able to get into the detail when issues need to be researched.
- Special projects and ad hoc reporting as requested from internal and external business partners.

- B.S. or M.S. in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 4+ years or more of experience
- Previous experience with leading a team.
- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
- Strong pc skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Big 4 Experience or Public Accounting with Retail Experience a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent credential preferred.
- SAP and ReconNet experience a plus.
