You will be an integral part of the team, managing a diverse range of modular build projects across the UK. You will be client-facing, responsible for managing projects from sign off to final build and handover.The role:
Working on sites across the UK – typically staying away Mon-Fri
Complete risk assessments and method statements prior to works starting
Arrange labour and resource for the project
Ensure you are onsite at the start of the project to complete handover to subcontractors
Monitor the progress and performance of subcontractors, ensuring any issues onsite are resolved, and that projects are being completed efficiently and to budget
Attend site at the end of the project to ensure works are completed to a high standard, then completing a handover with the client
The person:
Site Manager, or Project Manager with Site-based experience
Background in Modular Construction, or Steel Buildings
Full Driving Licence
Happy staying away Mon-Fri
