As a Software Development Project Manager with a strong background in C#, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our software projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in C# development will be crucial in guiding technical decisions and overcoming challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging your expertise in C# development.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to address issues as they arise.
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience minimum 3 years in software development project management, with a strong focus on C# development.
Exposure to C# programming language and related technologies/frameworks (e.g., .NET, ASP.NET).
Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and project management best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, PMBOK, Scrum Master) are a plus.
