- Ensure optimal performance of hardware, software, and network systems across multiple locations
- Collaborate with external technology partners to maintain service standards and resolve issues
- Implement and monitor security protocols, disaster recovery procedures, and data protection measures
- Oversee system updates, patches, and security maintenance through our managed service providers
- Provide technical support for our telecommunications infrastructure
- Manage file system architecture and user access permissions
- Technical qualification or relevant degree in IT-related discipline
- Familiarity with Unix environments and network infrastructure
- Proficiency in mixed-platform environments (Windows and Mac OS)
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects from conception to implementation
- Practical knowledge of database systems, particularly SQL environments
- Excellent communication skills for training staff and explaining technical concepts
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems and VOIP technologies
- Experience building productive relationships with technology vendors and service providers
