Finish Carpenter and Concrete Carpenter

• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials at each jobsite
• Haul/manually maneuver equipment and materials throughout a job site
• Set up all basic forms of various building structures to form concrete, such as scaffolding and molds
• Install Concrete Form work Foundations
• Construction site cleanup assistance as needed

• Add details such as crafting and installing molding, window and doorway framing, stair/deck/patio railings, trim work, and various other design features
• Create custom items such as cabinetry, shelving, and doors
• Maintain safety at all times by keeping the work area clean and free of any trip hazards and following safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Interpret blueprints to understand the exact measurements of the finished product
• Construction site cleanup assistance as needed

• Must be able to read and use a tape measure
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs as needed (or more utilizing a 'Team-Lift' technique)
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of an entire shift
• Must have a clean driving record, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to provide proof of up-to-date Auto Insurance coverage

• Must have prior experience in concrete form work and foundation setting

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and other schematics
• Must have prior experience in finished carpentry and trim work

• Project-Based: Roughly 2-year anticipated duration for the right fit
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour - DOE
