- Project- and budget management for events in France.
- Coordinate event organization process and execution: e.g., booth design, logistics, invitations, booth content and event staffing schedules.
- Create pre-event briefings and post event reports (with quantitative and qualitative feedback) to be shared with all stakeholders.
- Maintain contact with suppliers, (project) partners, and other stakeholders.
- Build trustful work relationships with internal departments for event delivery.
- Work closely together with Marketing Managers to help define and create content for events.
- Utilize the CRM system to collect and report on opportunities and leads.
- English and French required (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Hands-on, versatile, organized, and multi-tasking skills
- Great eye for quality and consistency
- Very good verbal and interpersonal skills

- Offices in Massy and a coworking space in Paris
- Remote work with occasional in person meeting with the Teams (once every two months)
- Type of contract: 1 year apprenticeship
