Janitorial Foreman

• Oversee and coordinate the janitorial team during events to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
• Train and guide team members on best cleaning practices, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Monitor the team’s performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Ensure all areas of the venue are clean and well-maintained before, during, and after events.
• Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring that all tools are available and in good working condition for each event.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience in janitorial services, with previous leadership roles highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Flexibility in schedule, as this position is event-based and requires availability during irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
