Location : Porsche Leeds, UK Job AdvertHead of Sales – Specialist BrandsJob summary:As Head of Sales for our Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce brands, you will support the divisional management Teams to exceed budgeted financial and operational objectives whilst ensuring they deliver the highest level of customer experience.This is a Regional role therefore regular travel between Yorkshire, Teesside and Newcastle should be expected. All base locations will be considered as appropriate within the Region.Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Brand Director in maintaining Brand standards, achievement of strategic objectives, delivery of change projects and building outstanding relationships with the Brand.
  • Leading, coaching, developing and managing the team to elevate their performance and behaviours, whilst delivering results.
  • Assisting the Brand Director in developing and implementing both the customer and colleague journey, ensuring that all customers & colleagues are treated fairly and equitably.
  • Conducting thorough examinations of monthly sales management accounts raising any areas of concern/opportunity with the Head of Business.
  • Developing a full understanding of all monthly / quarterly / annual requirements in order to ensure
achievement of all brand targets and associated support monies, and to ensure that there is a robust plan in place to achieve these including a robust self-audit and spot check approach.
  • Driving forwards new and used car volumes and profitability across the market area.
  • Daily / weekly / monthly monitoring of sales enquiry levels and sales department activity levels in order to ensure that marketing activity is sufficient and that shortfalls are identified early.
  • Developing and implementing robust processes to ensure efficiency within the processing and transacting of new and used vehicles.
  • Supporting the sites to ensure natural achievement of expected financial results in new and used car sales.
  • Undertaking monthly site reviews to ensure all used vehicle stock appropriately merchandised on all platforms.
  • To develop and provide regular reporting around all areas of the divisional sales operation.

  • Proven experience of leading and managing successful teams to deliver results within a sales environment.
  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • A strong team player who considers the bigger picture when making decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically with the drive and determination to be the best and not accepting anything less.
  • Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver impeccable standards right across the business including personal presentation.
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A driving license free from excessive penalties.
