- Identify and evaluate the commercial needs for business data analytics and create standardized solutions aligned across all regions globally
- Support in driving a culture towards new analytical tools, applications, automation, mobility, and architecture to advance data analytic capabilities of the O&P commercial organization
- Develop sophisticated Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX coding to deliver commercial digital intelligence to support the execution of O&P Business Strategy
- Leverage full offering of Microsoft platforms to advance data processing, promote application utilization, and visualizations thru Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Pursue adding seamless access to new data sources to increase data integration and drive cross data-source analysis; creating new business insights and visualizations
- Manage and drive software & infrastructure requirements for the organization by understanding the business needs, software development requirements, and working with IT & Digital Transformation team to enhance processing & analytical capabilities related to: visualization applications, advanced analytics capabilities, commercial data storage, metadata management, etc.
- Establish key working relationships with the LYB Digital Transformation Team to identify and implement key digital transformation initiatives for the O&P commercial organization
- Establish key working relationships with the LYB IT organization to ensure the O&P commercial organization's data analytics landscape of projects, initiatives, and future considerations are well known, identified, and resourced
- Follow change management processes when implementing new applications with user base to ensure organizational understanding and acceptance of change and standardization
- Support a digitalization culture within the global O&P commercial organization by demonstrating, inspiring, marketing, training, and enabling a business self-service data analytics culture and provide training to the organization
- Evaluate new tools and techniques that could potentially bring value to the O&P commercial organization's processes & analytical capabilities

You possess the strategic acumen to organize and implement change management processes, ensuring that organizational changes are understood and accepted, leading to standardization. Your strong data analytic orientation is evident in your management of data sources, modeling, analytics, visualization, and process scheduling, all supported by a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture requirements. This expertise empowers you to make informed, data-driven decisions that spur innovation.This is what you bring
- • Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field (such as: Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS). Master's degree or Business emphasis preferred
- • 5-7 years or more of relevant experience:
- o Implementing business driven data analytic initiatives to strategically combine business needs with management, analytics modeling, and visualization experience.
- o Change management orientation and project execution skills across multiple functions and organizations.
- o Business analysts and/or commercial experience
- • Power BI expertise with high proficiency in DAX Coding (certification is valued)
- o Microsoft Azure applications & Power BI datasets data analytics to solve business problems.
- o Data source
- • Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively as a team member and achieve results through the collaboration with other people both within and outside of the organization across regions, globally
- • Experience working with commercial organizations to drive business performance through data analytic and applications
- • Development in the areas of data analytics, data management, automation, and/or application development to enhance visibility and drive business decisions
- • Agile principles, project management, product development, business intelligence & reporting, solution architecture
- • English speaking and writing skills. Additional language would be a plus.
